At DJIStore, we stand by the quality of our drones and imaging technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original packaging, including all batteries, controllers, cables, and manuals, ensuring everything is securely padded for transport.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and flight logs, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
